This garlic bread recipe by Healing Cooking on YouTube is so simple and it does not require an oven. Most of the ingredients are easily available in your pantry too. I think I would skip out on the sugar for garlic bread, and substitute it for salt just because I like mine a small more savory. I’ve never had a sweet garlic bread either. Also, it’s kind that I could just make this garlic bread on a stovetop. I would sprinkle a small cheese on top to make cheesy garlic bread. Plus, I like how this recipe uses fresh chopped garlic because that makes such a large difference from using garlic powder. It’s a homemade garlic bread that’s so simple.
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 4 pieces of butter
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- dash of parsley powder
First, take your bread and cut off the crust on the sides. Then, cut the bread into slices.
Next, mix butter, chopped garlic, sugar, and parsley into a bowl for the garlic bread spread. Then, spread the garlic mixture onto each individual slices of bread strips. Heat up a nonstick pan to lowest heat, and lay down the bread to cook. Make sure to flip over the bread, but don’t burn the side with the garlic sauce.
Overall, these would be a great snack to have or to have on the side for pasta night. I could eat so much garlic bread because they are so tasty, and these are small too. Note that this tutorial is in Korean, but you can turn on the subtitles in case. However, this recipe is so simple that you can just watch the video without having to read what is on the screen.
