- 5 carrots
- 4 stalks of celery
- 4 cups of water
- 2 packets of onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder

First, prepare your vegetables and meat but cutting them into chunks. Then, dump your vegetables in the crockpot with water. Sprinkle over the onion soup mix packets, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, and salt.
Next, add the beef chuck roast on top that’s seasoned with salt and pepper. Mix everything up and cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours.

Beef stew reminds me of my childhood because my dad would always make it growing up, and he would serve it with rice or toasted french bread. It was definitely a meal to make when it was cooler outside to keep you warm in the inside.
